Marketing & Conservation
Tatjana Kudla is a seasoned digital marketing leader with over 20 years of experience driving growth and performance for leading tech companies, startups, and small businesses. A proven strategist, she excels in crafting data-driven direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing strategies, leading high-performing teams, and managing multi-million-dollar budgets to deliver exceptional results.
In addition to a successful career in digital marketing, Tatjana has pivoted to focus on sustainability and conservation—blending a passion for environmental stewardship with a proven track record of building impactful brands. Certified as a Climate Reality Leader and UC Climate Steward, Tatjana has spent the past two years collaborating with mission-driven organizations and startups, advising on pitch decks, product development, and business strategy.
With hands-on experience in fieldwork alongside organizations such as the National Park Service, Tatjana is deeply committed to advancing conservation efforts. As an advocate for climate education, she has also supported and mentored aspiring professionals through climate-related certifications and career transitions. Most recently, she has been involved in establishing the Chuckwalla National Monument in Southern California and had the incredible honor of being invited to the White House to witness the official designation of Chuckwalla National Monument in person and to celebrate the Biden-Harris Administration’s remarkable achievements in conservation.
Currently, Tatjana is focused on bridging the gap between business innovation and environmental responsibility, seeking opportunities to partner with organizations that prioritize sustainability. Whether helping companies grow or championing initiatives that protect biodiversity and promote renewable energy, she thrives at the intersection of strategy, impact, and purpose.
Tatjana holds a Master of Arts in Literature from Ruhr-Universität Bochum in Germany and a Master of Business Administration with specializations in Finance and Marketing from Michigan State University.
Outside of work, Tatjana is building “Sustainable Desert,” a platform that highlights local sustainable solutions, volunteer opportunities, and green career paths in the Coachella Valley and Morongo Basin.
