Tatjana Kudla is a California-based photographer who has spent the past nine years immersed in the beauty of the California desert. Her photography is all about capturing the essence of desert life—plants, animals, geological formations—and exploring the unique stories this landscape tells.

For Tatjana, photography isn’t just about documenting what’s in front of the lens; it’s about creating a connection between art and nature. Her work invites viewers to pause, appreciate the desert’s incredible beauty, and reflect on what its future might hold.

Starting in 2021, Tatjana’s work has been featured in group exhibitions at places like the 29 Palms Art Gallery, Joshua Tree Art Gallery (JTAG), Joshua Tree Distilling Company, and Las Laguna Art Gallery (online). Each exhibition is another opportunity to share her love for the desert and the stories it has to tell.

Since 2018, she’s been learning from acclaimed, award-winning photographers, constantly challenging herself to grow and refine her craft.
